   1. We are a licensed building contractor with the state of North Carolina. We carry general liability, workers compensation, and auto insurance.

2. How can I verify a contractor’s licence?

   2. You can verify electrical, plumbing, and mechanical licenses with their respective state agencies.

3. What does it cost per square foot to build XYZ?

   1. In our experience each project needs to be estimated individually. A per square foot price is rarely a good estimate of cost.
